Compass Facilities is a South Australian, husband-and-wife owned and operated business, built on more than 25 years of combined professional experience.
Timcy brings over 10 years of experience in childcare and early learning, giving us genuine firsthand insight into the standards and challenges faced by Centre Directors, educators and families.
Shaleen brings experience across hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues and banking, with a strong background in managing teams, operations and facilities in demanding environments.
Together, we bring two different perspectives to one business – understanding the environment we’re cleaning and understanding the business we’re supporting.

Shaleen
Shaleen oversees the business, operations and strategic direction of Compass Facilities, bringing extensive experience across banking, hospitality and business operations.
Her focus on compliance, risk management, WHS and accountability helps ensure clients receive a professional, reliable and well-managed service.
